How Shuraa Presents Business Activity Information
Shuraa publishes this reference to support activity research before a business setup consultation. It brings activity names, codes and supplied requirements into one searchable directory; the relevant authority remains responsible for licensing decisions.
Where the records come from
Activity records are loaded through list imports and source synchronisation for supported jurisdictions. A record reflects the information available to that process, not a separate legal assessment by Shuraa.
How to interpret updates
Scheduled synchronisation is intended to refresh the directory when sources are available and processing succeeds. It does not establish that every record has been checked on the same date. The directory does not publish an unverified daily review date.
What a record can establish
Read the activity code, description, licence category and jurisdiction together. Missing descriptions or approval notes are information gaps to investigate. Similar wording in another jurisdiction should not be treated as confirmation of identical permission.
Checks before an application
Confirm the scope of work, applicant eligibility and any external approvals with the licensing authority. Use a Shuraa consultation to discuss unresolved questions rather than treating a directory entry as approval to operate.
Requesting a correction
Send Shuraa the activity code, jurisdiction and the field you believe needs correction. Include a current authority reference where available so the discrepancy can be investigated.
